Fans held up banners and posters supporting Portugal forward Ronaldo, making his first competitive appearance for Juvetus at the Allianz Stadium.
At half time Juventus led by 1-0.
Ronaldo, a $140 million USD transfer is still waiting for his first goal since his move from Real Madrid.
Juventus, chasing an eighth successive title, have six points from two previous games while Lazio have lost both their opening games.
Juventus are the current champions, and have won a record of 34 Serie A titles which is Italy's premier football league competition.
