English Premiership side Harlequins have signed back‑rower Semi Kunatani, a star of the Fiji Sevens team that won rugby sevens gold at the 2016 Olympics.
Kunatani has been with Toulouse since the start of the 2015‑16 season and can play anywhere across the back row.
He says he is excited about joining Harlequins at the start of this new era for the club and looking forward to playing at The Stoop.
Kunatani says the club has many top players and this is a great opportunity for him to play with them and contribute to a successful team.
Harlequins Head of Rugby Paul Gustard says Kunatani offers them something completely different to other back row players adding that the signing gives them much needed depth and adds further quality to the squad.
