Australia need a victory over Argentina this weekend to avoid last place in this year's Rugby Championship.

Scrumhalf Will Genia has assured fans the points are in the bag for the Wallabies.

Australia sit bottom of the four‑team table, three points behind the Pumas, after winning one of their five games in this year's tournament.

Genia said they were going to win eventhough such confidence is no merit for a team who have won only two of their last 10 tests. 

New Zealand won the championship for the third consecutive year when they beat Argentina 35‑17 in Buenos Aires last weekend.

The All Blacks face the Springboks in Pretoria at 3.05am on Sunday while the Wallabies meet Argentina at 10am Sunday.
