The 28-year-old Military Officer who is charged with a count of attempted murder has been granted bail by the Suva High Court.

Rajiv Krishan Padyachi had allegedly tried to kill his partner on the 15th of September this year.

Padyachi is alleged to have attempted to drown his partner while swimming in Colo i Suva.

The case has been adjourned to the 24th of this month.
