Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team has defeated a strong Scottish side 21-19 in their second match of the Dubai 7's.
Captain Kalione Nasoko lead by example crossing the whitewash for Fiji’s first converted try in the beginning of the match with Scotland replying with a try from Robbie Fergusson of Scotland.
At the end of the first half, Fiji had a narrow 7-5 lead over Scotland 7-5,
The Scottish side took an early 12-7 lead at the beginning of the second half with a try from Max McFarland.

Debutante Aminiasi Tuimaba scored Fiji’s first try in the second half while Waisea Nacuqu broke took up a stray ball setting up a try for Alosio Naduva in the 5th minute giving Fiji a lead of 21-12.
Scotland scored another try but was denied a try in the dying seconds of the game.

Meanwhile Fiji earlier defeated France 39-0 in their first game.
Fiji will now await Kenya for their last pool match at 4.06am tomorrow morning.
