Two more alcohol related incidents have been reported to Police where one man lost his life and another man is in hospital.
Police Chief Operations Officer ACP Maretino Qiolevu has confirmed that a 30-year-old man was found unconscious at his village bus stop yesterday and was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Qiolevu says in another incident, a heavily intoxicated man was rushed to CWM Hospital after falling and landing heavily in the Flea market carpark.
The man is under observation in the hospital.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the alleged murder of a man during a drinking party at Sinusevou settlement in Kadavu on Friday.
One suspect is in Police custody and two others have been taken in for questioning.
Police are asking people to drink alcohol responsibly.
