Fiji 7s team playmaker Amenoni Nasilasila who is charged with one count of rape has been granted bail with a sum of $1,000 bail bond and one surety.
Nasilasila who was produced in the Sigatoka Magistrates Court has also been given the bail condition to reside in Namatakula, Sigatoka and to surrender all travelling documents.
He has also been issued an interim Domestic Violence Restraining Order.
Nasilasila is alleged to have raped a 24‑year‑old woman in Olosara, Sigatoka on the 22nd of this month.
He had surrendered himself to Police.
The matter has been transferred to the Lautoka High Court and will be called again on the 28th of next month.
