Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Gareth Baber has revealed his New Year's Wish List.
With the team expected to march into training camp this Wednesday Baber says that performance and consistency are what they will focus on.
Meanwhile, Baber adds that it is important for the players to participate in local tournaments as it builds their performance however the prominent players will not be allowed to play in the McDonald’s Coral Coast 7s.
He says with just a week away from Hamilton, he cannot take the risk of one of the prominent players getting injured.
The players will be constantly tested day in and day out in camp from this Wednesday.
The McDonald’s Coral Coast 7's will be held from the 16th - 19th of next month.
Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales and Spain in the Hamilton 7s which will be held on the 26th and the 27th of next month.
