The National Disaster Management Office says it has established communications with their emergency operators which include the RFMF, Fiji Maritime Surveillance Rescue Coordination Centre, NFA, Police and Corrections Service.

It says they are on standby for any activation of the National Emergency Operation Centre today.
Meanwhile, Queens and Kings road are open to all traffic.
