The case of a man who is charged with one count of defilement has been transferred to the Suva High Court and will be called on the 1st of next month.

Pauliasi Tora allegedly defiled a 15 year old girl on the 18th of December last year.

The prosecution applied for name suppression for the 15 year old victim which was granted by Nasinu Magistrate Charles Ratakele.

Tora has been further remanded in custody.
