Man found guilty of raping 14-year-old nephew

Suva High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza has found a 29‑year‑old man guilty of raping his 14-year-old nephew.

Justice Hamza has found the man guilty of all three charges of rape.

The incidents happened in Colo‑i‑Suva in 2014 when the boy was 10-years-old.

The sentence hearing will be at 3.30pm tomorrow.
