The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team is wary of the good game awareness their pool opponents are bringing to the Sydney 7s this weekend.
Speaking to Fijivillage from Sydney, Baber says they will rely on their fitness to get them through yet another tough pool where England is expected to bring the biggest threat.
Baber says as the series goes from one tournament to another, other teams are specifically targeting Fiji and his players will be ready for that this weekend.
Fiji will face Japan in their first pool match of the Sydney 7s at 12.34pm Saturday and meet England at 6pm while Fiji will play their last pool game against Samoa at 10pm Saturday.
The Cup quarterfinals start at 1.16pm Sunday, the semifinals start at 5.16pm while the final will start at 9.56pm Sunday.
