Case of alleged rape of 3yr-old girl in Vanuabalavu to be summed up tomorrow

High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza will sum up the case of a 36‑year‑old man who allegedly raped a 3-year-old girl in 2015, tomorrow.

The man suffers from a mental illness.

The incident allegedly happened in Vanuabalavu.

He is charged with one count of rape.

He has been remanded in custody.
