Judge to sum up case of man suffering from mental illness alleged to have raped a 3yr-old

High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza will sum up the case of a 36‑year‑old man alleged to have raped a 3-year-girl in 2015 tomorrow.

The man suffers from a mental illness.

The incident allegedly happened in Vanuabalavu.

He is charged with one count of rape.

He has been remanded in custody.
