A man who has been found guilty of raping his nephew will be sentenced on Monday.
High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza had earlier convicted the man of all three rape charges against him.
The man raped his 10‑year‑old nephew in Colo‑i‑Suva in 2014.
In her submissions prosecution lawyer Mehzabeen Khan has told court that the man had breached the boy's trust since they were both staying together.
Khan says the boy was extremely vulnerable because of his age and intellectual disability.
She has asked for a sentence of above 20 years.
Defence lawyer Lisiate Qetaki says the sentence should be lowered because the accused has served time in remand.
The man will be sentenced at 2.30pm on Monday.
