Police continue to make drug related arrest as a man from Nabua was arrested yesterday after he was allegedly found with a black bag containing 19 branches of dried leaves believed to be marijuana.

Police say a man of Muanikoso Settlement was arrested after he was allegedly found with dried leaves believed to be marijuana.

Meanwhile, two drug related arrests were made in the Western Division yesterday.

Police say the first case was during a raid conducted in Namaka Lane, Nadi whereby a man was allegedly found with 10 sachets of dried leaves believed to be marijuana.

A Tavua market vendor was allegedly found with 1 sachet of dried leaves believed to be marijuana and more than $150 cash.

All suspects are in police custody while the seized substances have been sent for analysis.
