Advertising company, Mediaspacific Limited has been charged with one count of failing to pay FNPF contributions.

It is alleged that between March 2015 to March 2018 the company failed to pay FNPF contributions of some of its employees.

It is alleged they did not pay about $15,000.

The case was called for the first time in the Suva Magistrates Court today.

A company director has been told to appear on behalf of the company to take the plea on 2nd April.
