Two people allegedly involved in the leaking of exam papers in 2008 appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court today.

Shailendra Singh and Sheetal Chand are charged with the prohibited use of exam papers and the handling of exam papers to Police.

It is alleged that Singh while being employed as an IT officer at Fiji School of Medicine in 2008 leaked one of the examination papers to Sheetal Chand.

The two people are out on bail and the case will be called again on 14th May this year.
