Ahead of the Hurricanes and Highlanders showdown tonight, Dane Coles has made a pretty blunt stance on the proposed World League competition saying it's not global unless it involves the Pacific.
Coles told Stuff.co.nz about his frustrations with the new competition after World Rugby released their planned structure for the competition yesterday.
He says it needs a lot more planning as that approach will damage the game.
The Hurricanes play the Highlanders at 6.35 tonight while the Brumbies play the Rebels at 8.45 tonight.
