Chief Justice Anthony Gates says that he has seen people been pushed into things and then they respond.
While speaking to the youth during the Youth and Sports Conference, Chief Justice Gates says these people can do things but they realised it when they are pushed.

He urged the youths to not allow being told that they cannot do things.
Chief Justice Gates also spoke about opportunities that arise for the youth and it is impossible to say everyone has an equal chance.
He also says that no one is above the law.
