The woman who lost her life in an accident along Nasese this morning is expected to be identified by her family members later today.
This has been confirmed by Police.
The woman was a passenger in a vehicle that was driven by a 54-year-old man who is a radio announcer and is currently in police custody.
It is alleged that the driver lost control of the vehicle causing it to veer off the road at Gardner Place.
The driver and the victim were rescued from the vehicle which was partially submerged in water.
Police say that the victim was rushed to the CWM Hospital and was pronounced dead on arrival.
