The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team coach, Gareth Baber says there will be increased intensity from all teams in this weekend’s Hong Kong 7s.
He says they have seen a lot of upsets this year especially with the Olympic qualification at stake.
Heading into Hong Kong, USA sit on top of the standings, closely followed by Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018 winners New Zealand and Olympic Champions Fiji seeking their fifth successive title in Hong Kong.
Fiji will take on Kenya at 11.37pm tomorrow in their first pool match of the Hong Kong 7s, they will then take on Australia at 5.13pm Saturday and play their final pool match against New Zealand at 8.55pm Saturday.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 2.58pm Sunday, Cup semifinals start at 7.41pm Sunday while the Cup final is at 11pm Sunday.
