Police are investigating the alleged theft of some of the items of the Russia 7s team a week ago at Nadi International Airport.
The side which is coach by Waisale Serevi was in Fiji for the Marist 7s.
Serevi’s daughter, Asinate Serevi said on her facebook account that items stolen included clothes, runners and speakers and has also labelled the act as shameful and disrespectful.
Asinate says the Russian players have worked hard to be where they are and says that whoever pulled the items should be ashamed.
