The bail hearing of prominent Suva lawyer Shazran Abdul Lateef has been adjourned to 12pm today.
This is after Lateef's lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo was not present in court when the case was called at 9.30 this morning.
It was heard in court that Vosarogo was still on his way from his office.
Lateef was remanded by the court last Monday for the case where he is facing two counts of theft.
He allegedly stole three tablets and three mobile phones between 28th December last year and January this year.
Lateef has two other cases in the Magistrates Court in relation to unlawful possession of illicit drugs.
