Police officers in northeastern Brazil removed a parrot from a home after it tipped off its owner that the residence was being raided.
Military Police agents in Teresina, Brazil were shocked when they entered house and the parrot shouted, 'mom, the police'.
Cops seized four packages of drugs from a man identified as Edvan, the 30‑year‑old husband of a woman named 'India' who was twice arrested for drug dealing.
The couple's 16‑year‑old daughter was found with marijuana stuffed inside her underwear, but she was later released following her detainment.
The parrot will be sent to a new home at the Teresina Zoo.
