A suspended Water Authority of Fiji worker has admitted to accepting a bribe of $500 from the Director of Australian based company Sphynx Solutions Pty Ltd.
Tuimasi Cataki was charged by FICAC last December with a count of Bribery.
At the time of the offence Cataki was the Assistant Finance Officer liaising with the company for purchases being made by WAF at the time.
21 days has been given to the defence to file their written mitigation.
The matter has been adjourned to the 22nd of next month.
