Newly re-elected SODELPA Youth Wing President, Jope Koroisavou says he will soon be sitting down to have discussions with SODELPA Leader Sitiveni Rabuka regarding certain issues they have raised about party governance.
One of those issues includes the SODELPA Youth Wing wanting the SODELPA Annual General Meeting venue to be changed from the North to Suva.
They want to have the AGM in Suva since it is the central location of majority of SODELPA supporters.
He says these issues were raised through the party procedures and certain party mechanisms have now been activated to address it.
Koroisavou also says the SODELPA Youth Wing does not lean towards any candidate that will be vying for the party leadership.
He has also dismissed talk about him forming another party saying his support for SODELPA remains solid and he will remain with the party throughout the tough times.
SODELPA General Secretary, Adi Litia Qionibaravi says all of these issues will be discussed at the party’s post-election retreat before the end of May.
