Jope Koroisavou has been re-elected as the President of the SODELPA Youth Wing at their Annual General Meeting today.
This will be his second term as the leader of the SODELPA Youth Wing which has about 300 members.
The other nominee for President was Josaia Tokoni.
Sam Savu is the new General Secretary.
The Vice Presidents are Amoni Tagitagivanua and Iliana Sigadrodro.
Speaking at the opening of the SODELPA Youth Forum, SODELPA MP Simione Rasova said youth interests and aspirations in Fiji is endangered by the existing political climate, legal and constitutional order and more so the day to day worsening socio‑economic conditions.
Rasova also called on the SODELPA Youth to go back and face the people.
He urged them to organize the people and once again make Fiji a free, just, prosperous and united nation with the people of Fiji.
More than 50 people were at the SODELPA Youth Annual General Meeting and it was also attended by SODELPA General Secretary and parliamentarian Adi Litia Qionibaravi, Opposition Whip Lynda Tabuya and other party officials.
