Tailevu tight head prop, Poate Rainima has been named in the 33 member squad for the World Rugby Junior World Championship in June.
Fiji Under‑20 Coach, Kele Leawere says that Rainima has been impressive for Tailevu in the Skipper Cup Competition this season.
He adds that the inclusion of Rainima will provide more challenge to the players in the same position vying for a spot in the 30 member travelling squad which will be named later.
Leawere has also maintained the core group of players who were part of the Oceania Under‑20 Championship on the Gold Coast, Australia earlier this month.
He says the players have shown a lot of determination and commitment towards training plus the competition within the group has been tough.
Vodafone Fijian Under‑20 are pooled with France, Argentina and Wales at the World Rugby Junior World Championship from the 4th to the 22nd of June in Argentina.
