A 26-year-old man who is charged with 2 counts of sexual assault and one count of rape has pleaded not guilty to his charges before the Suva High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo.
It is alleged that the accused had sexually assaulted and raped his 16 year old niece in Sigatoka in December 2016.
The accused's bail has been extended and the case has been adjourned to next Monday.
