Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach, Gareth Baber has praised the players for their focus to win this season despite all the criticism.
Speaking from Paris, Baber says this was evident as three of the eight players in the current squad have never been to London and Paris and are nominated for the Rookie of the Year Award.

Baber says he takes great pride in the team.
Fiji needs to finish ahead of USA in Paris this weekend to claim their fourth HSBC World Sevens 7s title.
Fiji will take on England in their first pool match at 10.50pm tomorrow, they will take on Argentina at 2.16am this Sunday and take on Ireland at 5.42am in their last pool match.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 9.28pm this Sunday, Cup semifinals will start at 1.23am Monday and the Cup final will be played at 4.33am Monday.
Barring any upsets, Fiji is likely to meet Scotland or France in the quarter final, they are likely to take on USA or South Africa in the semifinal, and New Zealand or Australia in the final.
