The new Hot Bread Kitchen outlet has been opened in Nadi.
While speaking at the opening, owner Dr. Mere Samisoni says they have a total of 24 shops that employs 607 staff.
Samisoni says their first shop opened in February 1981.
She says that with the new shop in Nadi they anticipate to serve the local communities, families, some local supermarkets, service stations, tourists, corporate offices, hotels and restaurants.
She adds that they will soon open a new shop at the USP Laucala Campus and they are also opening a new shop in Lautoka in October.
Samisoni says they have plans to expand to Vanua Levu.
