Hot Bread Kitchen today opened their 26th outlet, this time at the University of the South Pacific at Laucala Bay.
According to the company, they have invested $430,000 in the new outlet and this has resulted in 11 new jobs.

CEO, John Samisoni said since their first shop opened in 1981, some 38 years ago, Hot Bread Kitchen has served the communities of Fiji, growing from strength to strength, as the demands of their pastries and bread became a household demand.
He says the branch in USP will be a Cold Store Bakery and Cafe Operations, which will offer a wide range of bakery products and services.

Samisoni also says that minimum baking production will be for pizzas, meat roasts and few artisan bread products to create a bakery aroma.
Hot Bread Kitchen now employs a total of 650 people at its 26 outlets.
