A 62-year-old man who is alleged to have raped his step daughter on three different occasions in a village in Navosa has pleaded not guilty to three counts of rape.
The man appeared in the Suva High Court today and has been remanded in custody.
The court was told that the first alleged incident took place in 2012 when the complainant was 15-years-old.
The two other alleged incidents occurred on 15th and 16th April this year.
The complainant is now 22-years-old.
The case has been adjourned till the 12th of next month.
