Former All Blacks coach Sir Graham Henry says calling All Blacks who do not make the Rugby World Cup squad is the most 'difficult' part of the job.

Sir Graham Henry says once you have said they have not made the team, they are not listening adding they he does not miss that part of the job.

Former Fiji 15s player, Isa Nacewa says he feels if Ryan Crotty comes back in, Ngani Laumape might miss out.
