The recently formed Human Rights Alumni will be conducting a clean up campaign at the St Giles Hospital on the 28th of this month.
Alumni President Jasmine Kaur says she has always felt the need that St Giles Hospital needed a bit of cheering and cleaning up.
Kaur adds after the cleaning up, they will be able to decide how much more work needs to be done such as re-painting and refurnishing.
She says they will be fundraising to collect the funds needed for this project.
Kaur adds that they plan to continue doing such work in the future.
She says they are partnering up with Oceania Pride and Rewa Community Care.
Kaur adds part of the reason the alumni was formed was to do community work.
She says the club currently has 25 members as it was founded on the 16th of last month and is open to members of the public who want do to their bit for the community.
