Fiji Airways Flying Fijians coach, John McKee has dropped prop Lee-Roy Atalifo as he has finalised his 31 member squad to the Rugby World Cup.

McKee had earlier selected 6 props and has now reduced it to 5.

He adds he is confident that the 5 props selected give us a balance of mobility in general play along with technical competence in the set play scrum and line-outs.

He says his is a very strong group, one that can make Fiji proud at the Rugby World Cup.

The team will gather in Nadi today to resume training before they depart for Japan on Friday.

McKee has also named a list of 11 players who will be on standby in case of injury at the World Cup.

Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales, Georgia and Uruguay for the Rugby World Cup.

Fiji will take on Australia in their first game at 4.45pm on the 21st of this month.
