High Court Judge Justice Vinsent Perera will today sum up the murder trial of former police officers Selema Tikoenaburevere and Kelepi Kolinisau before the three assessors retire behind closed doors to deliberate on their opinion.
The two defence lawyers Barbara Malimali and Akuila Naco, as well as prosecution lawyer Meli Vosawale, delivered their closing submissions yesterday.
26-year-old Josua Lalauvaki was allegedly assaulted by Kolinisau and Tikoenaburevere on 2nd September last year and later passed away on the 11th of October last year.
