Another woman has now come forward with sexual harassment claims against the former CEO of a major company who is already being investigated for sexual harassment by Police.
The second woman filed a complaint with Police following the first report which was done in September this year.
Police confirm the second woman came forward with similar allegations of sexual harassment against the man.
The Criminal Investigations Department is now in the process of finalizing the two investigations.
Police say investigators had sought advise from the Office of the DPP and are now finalizing the necessary added requirements before both files will be sent back for sanctioning.
