Minister for Education Rosy Akbar is urging school heads and school managements to ensure school buildings and resources within the school are secured, should a cyclone strike the country.

Akbar is urging school heads not take the warning from the Fiji Meteorological Service lightly so that we can protect ourselves from possible damage.

Akbar says parents should take extra care of their children during this time and not let them play near flooded areas.
