The Permanent Secretary to the Office of the Prime Minister, Yogesh Karan has been appointed as the Acting Chairman of Fijian Holdings Limited.
Karan will hold this position until a new Chair of FHL Group is appointed.
Adrian Sofield resigned as Chairman of FHL last week.
Sanjit Patel and Aisea Waka Vosailagi have also resigned as Directors of FHL.
Sofield and Patel were elected to the FHL Board as Directors in October 2016 while Vosailagi was elected to the FHL Board as a Director in July 2015.
The three resignations came days after Nouzab Fareed resigned as FHL CEO.
Fareed resigned as CEO of FHL on the 20th of last month after serving in the role since February 2011.
