50 packs of preparedness kits will be given to the people that were affected by recent cyclones.
The 50 kits are valued at almost $11,000 and each kit includes a solar power bank, water bottle, mini first aid kit, emergency whistle, solar lantern, raincoat and female hygiene pack.
The kits were given by the EU Ambassador to Fiji and the Pacific, Sujiro Seam to the Fiji National Disaster Management office this morning.
Seam says the EU is proud to provide the NDMO these disaster preparedness kits, which will definitely boost Fijians ability to prepare and protect their families from future natural disasters.
