A 32 year old farmer charged with robbery with violence appeared in Nausori court today.
It is alleged that Seru Doloura allegedly stabbed a 60 year old woman inside her shop in Muaniweni last week.
The victim was alone in the shop when the suspect allegedly entered and stabbed her.
The suspect than allegedly fled with $500 cash and some other items.
The woman was discovered lying in a pool of blood by another woman.
Doloura's plea has been deferred and he has been remanded in custody.
The victim is still in a critical condition at the Suva Private hospital.
