Do not take any team lightly.
That is the message being stressed by Digicel Fiji 7s Co-captain Dale Tonawai to the players in camp as they prepare for the Hong Kong 7s next Friday.
Speaking to Fijivillage, the Army Green captain said the Hong Kong tournament is unpredictable as it is the Mecca of the IRB 7s Series and all teams will be putting their hearts and bodies on the line.
The 31 year said his side will be treating each game as the final.

Meanwhile, Coach Iliesa Tanivula said the side has to win all their pool games to maximize their chances of walking away with the 30 points on offer in the Tournament.
The Hong Kong 7's will kick off next Friday and Fiji is pooled with Kenya, Russia and Malayasia.
