The Fiji under 19 women’s basketball team is through to the semifinals of the Pacific Youth Basketball Championship in Melbourne.

Fiji beat New Caledonia 41-33 in the quarterfinals this afternoon.

The semifinal starts at 3pm tomorrow and Fiji’s opponent will be decided tonight.

Meanwhile, the Fiji under 19 men’s basketball team will play Samoa in the quarterfinals at 9.30 tonight.
