Police are working with the National Fire Authority to find the cause of fire which caused major damage to Vinod Patel Company Limited and Meenoos outlet this morning.
Stocks in both outlets have been destroyed.
About 14 staff was working for Vinod Patel.
The company has confirmed that they will absorb all staff in their timber yard outlet.
Meanwhile, Meenoos Director, Rajesh Permar also confirmed that none of their staff will be sent home as they will try to absorb them in other outlets.
Permar said they are still assessing the cost of damage in their outlet.
National Fire Authority CEO John O’Connor confirms the fire started at around 3am as firefighters managed to prevent the fire from spreading to other adjacent buildings.
