Daniel Amitesh Chand who was wanted for questioning in relation to a case where he is alleged to have obtained up to $6,000 from an Australian citizen is now being questioned at the Sigatoka Police Station.

He surrendered himself yesterday.

It is alleged the victim had been sending up to $6,000 whereby an agreement was reached for the suspect to pay the victim back which to date he has failed to do.

Investigations continue.
