A 35-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to a count each of theft, fraudulent falsification of accounts, false and misleading document and attempt to obtaining financial advantage by deception.

It is alleged that Vasu Reddy stole Westpac bank cheques amounting to $3,196.70 between 1st October 2017 and 22nd October 2017.

Magistrate Deepika Prakash has extended Reddy’s bail and has adjourned the matter to 28th March to fix a hearing date.
