The Police Commissioner is now looking into concerns raised about the stoning of the place where a Hindu prayer meeting is being held in Davuilevu every Friday.
A man raised this issue with the Police Commissioner during the Public forum on the desecration of temples at the Shree Gopal Sadhu Hanumaan Gadhi Mandir in Nakasi on Tuesday night.
He says they have reported the matter to Police but nothing has eventuated.
The man says that police have all the technologies nowadays and they should use it to catch the people that are doing this.
Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho has apologised for this in-action and says that the Fiji Police force does not have the technology to detect flying objects as yet.
Qiliho says they will try and deal with the issue.
