Tottenham signs Lucas Moura for £23m

Brazilian winger Lucas Moura

Tottenham have signed Brazilian winger Lucas Moura for 23 million pounds from French side Paris Saint Germain.

Moura says it is a new chapter in his life and a new challenge.

Tottenham will play Liverpool at 4.30am Monday in the English Premier League.
